The App

Published in Apple App Store, Google Play & Windows, with backward compatibility to Windows 8, MapToTrack apps can be as simple as taking “Before” and “After” Photos with notes to full blown FEMA Incident Command System (ICS) reporting. App reports are transmitted with encryption to the Administration Portal and dynamically distributed to specific recipients as determined by the Account Administrator. App data is also connected to optional Live Activity & Analytics Dashboards. App data can also be connected to other systems such as Quick Books, via our Applications Programming Interface (API). The Report

Custom, PDF Reports are developed per the report need, featuring data/notes, change orders and signatures, contracts & signatures, time sheets, patrol reports, inspection reports, FEMA ICS reports; media such as photos, video and audio recordings are included in the report desing as needed. Reports are dynamically distributed, once uploaded from the app to specific recipients with custom messages as needed.

Administration Portal

The Administration portal stores all reports and captures the exact date, time and location where the report was uploaded. The system has unlimited capacity for data, photos, videos, documents and audio files . User and device information is also available in the portal. Task scheduling and tracking resides in the portal and is available through specific app programming. See the Portal Demo Below
