Return Policy
Hardware:
On Board Device (OBD) manufacturers are fully vetted prior to offering tracking devices for sale. However, if a device does not perform as designed, the customer should immediately reach out to support@maptotrack.com to commence troubleshooting by the manufacturer.
If the device is determined to be defective by the manufacturer during the troubleshooting process, the customer should send the device to Knowledge Equity Partners, Inc. 44 Cook Street Suite 100 Denver, CO 80206 for shipping charge and device purchase price refund.
Software:
All software products are designed per documented customer requirements. Software features and functionality can be modified through a new requirements document and estimate.
