Starter App Description: Starter App — Simple, Reliable Field Documentation
The Starter App is a streamlined field‑documentation tool built for fast, repeatable proof of work. When a user opens the app, the date, time, and user name are automatically populated, and the GPS location is captured quietly in the background so every submission is fully verified without extra steps. A dropdown list of customers, sites or other cirteria is included. Your team can take rapid, time‑stamped photos, use built‑in photo‑highlighting tools to mark areas of concern, add notes for each photo, add a signature to confirm completion or approval. It’s the simplest way to create a clear, accountable record of who did the work, what was done, and where it happened. And it happens faster than checking out at the grocery store and nowhere nearly as expensive.

Starter App Optional Live Activity Dashboard Description:
The Starter App Live Activity Dashboard is an optional add‑on that gives supervisors a clear, real‑time view of the work being documented in the field by the Starter App. It displays the photos, notes, signatures, and GPS‑verified activity captured in the app, organized by date, user, dropdown list and location. Every report appears on a map so you can immediately see where work is happening. It’s a simple, visual way to monitor field activity without digging through files or messages. Selectors for Date and App User and the relevant app dropdown list are included in the dashboard to drill in to a specific report.
Optional Analytics Dashboards: (Price Dependent on the Data Collected in An App that will be fed to the dashboard) Note: Multiple Apps data can be fed into a Live Activity and Analytics Dashboard.
The Analytics Dashboard is an optional upgrade for teams that want deeper insight into their field data. It builds on the Live Activity Dashboard by adding structured metrics, trends, and summary views tailored to the data collected and your operation. Analytics can include counts, timelines, workload patterns, or other data points pulled directly from your app submissions. Dashboards can also generate scheduled PDF summaries for subscribed users, giving leadership a clear, repeatable snapshot of field performance.

How Pricing Works
One‑Time Build Fees for Apps & Dashboards
Custom mobile apps and dashboards require a one‑time development fee. Enhancements can be added later, but every solution begins with the initial build.
Seasonal & Volume Licensing
Licenses can be activated or deactivated based on workload or seasonality. Examples:
Snow removal teams activate licenses in September and turn them off in June
Damage assessment teams activate licenses only during active events
Annual licenses are discounted 10–20% depending on volume. Contact us for volume pricing.
