One Time Only Build (Development) Fee for Apps & Optional Dashboards
Our custom mobile app and dashboard software solutions require a one-time only build (development) fee. Both products can certainly be enhanced over time, but you have to start somewhere and that is the initial build (development) for each.
A good example, and one we recommend, is the “Starter App” which has a one time build cost of $150.00. That mobile app, published in Apple, Google Play & Windows, has the following features customized for your unique use:
Your logo on the app face and custom PDF Report showing photos and notes. Location of where the report was completed can be added to the report if desired.
Automatic Date and Time entry when the app is opened
Automatic User populated when the app is opened
Automatic GPS location collected when the app is opened
Rapid Photos and Notes tools (Photos can be drawn on with special tools in the photo software)

Start With The Starter App. That May Be All You Need.
Our Apps can do many things such as estimate and document change orders in the field; review and sign contracts in the field: receive and complete tasks in the field to name a few. Book a Call to See a Demo, watch the demo video below, or do both.
An existing app can be modified to add features or a completely new app can be developed to accomplish the job desired. A Use Case is prepared for customer review and approval. An estimate to build the app is prepared and approved. An Optional Live Activity Dashboard can be designed to show the data collected in the app. Analytics of the app data can be added to the dashboard or reside in its own dashboard.
Our Live Activity Dashboards start with Starter App Data and provide Date Selectors, Reporter (App User) Selectors and present the photos and notes captured in the app. All app report locations are mapped in the dashboard so the viewer can see where the activity occurred.. Live Activity Dashboards can illustrate more sophisticated app data, analytics and analytics PDF reports. All dashboards can be scheduled to be sent to subscribed users as desired.
Monthly, Annual & Volume Discount licenses
Customers have the option to choose the license scenario that works best for their operation and budget. For winter snow removal, customers have the option to activate licenses for the winter season only and turn them off for spring summer and fall. In Colorado, winter licenses are turned on in September and shut off in June as an example. If damage assessment work is underway, app licenses are activated and deactivated in accordance with the work load.
