Can supervisors assign tasks?
Yes. Supervisors and customers can assign tasks directly through the system. Field teams receive the assignment instantly, complete the work, and submit documentation that flows back to the app system and optional dashboards in real time. Alternatively, work can be scheduled ahead of time.
Do employees need cell service to use the app?
